Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from within The Catch app. This page explains how to do it, what is removed, and how to request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open The Catch app
  2. Tap the menu (top right)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm deletion

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following from our systems:

  • Your user profile and account credentials
  • Your full trip history
  • All catch records associated with your account
  • All personal data, preferences, and statistics linked to your profile

Account deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to access the app for any reason, you may request account deletion by emailing ahoy@thecatch.com.au from the email address associated with your account.

Please include your full name and the email address registered to your account so we can verify your identity before processing the request. Email deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
